a)	Able to control and feed in same tension at each positions by original back tension system using invertors system and central control, but diameter of supply raw materials should be equally same.

b)	Able to change the dimension of supply raw material's bobbin, space and disposition.

c)	Available PLC system with both using touch panel (Standard), or PC method (Option) for setting production parameter.

d)	Arrangement of creel stand is parallel type.

a)	Additional function of individual tension control in each positions by un-winding speed and spindles RPM. It gives stable feed of supplying the raw material even it has diameter difference in supplying raw materials on the creel.

b)	Other features are the same as ASFC-M type.

a)	Additional device of dancer roller in each of every positions, able to control un-winding tension and it gives stable feed of supplying the raw materials even it has the diameter difference in supplying raw materials on the creel.

b)	Other features are the same as ASFC-M type.

AIKI is producing Winder for precursor, Creel (Un-winder) for supply raw materials (precursor),
Winder for carbon fiber & tension control devices (feed roller device) within each process.
Install ASFC-M series for supplying raw materials, ASFW series (please refer separate catalog)
for winding, and AIKI feed rollers within each process will construct stable production line for carbon fiber.
